Unhappy about service + after effects of piercing

I was sat down inside studio, Anna double checked the type of piercing I had come in for, she then made the mark and me knowing less than her, confirmed that it was okay. She the proceeded to pierce my ear, which went okay, with no complications, she then spoke about cleaning instructions and that the long bar was just for swelling, however, I was left to walk out the shop with a bleeding piercing. Not only this, but a month later down the line and having to visit another piercing place for advice, I now have a keloid on my piecing, due to being pierced with the incorrect jewelry and bad placement. I feel that she is doing piercings above her skill level as I have now heard of many others that she has pierced incorrectly. She is piercing people above her skill level, hurting them and taking their money. I am very unhappy and still in distress about my piercing. Some kind of response would be highly appreciated.
