Bad employees can ruine your business!!!

Serendipity offers piercings and custom accessories but what they dont offer is SERVICE TO CLIENTS WHEN SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THE SHOP. The main manager (young white girl with blonde hair - never asked her name ...) has been rude to me twice on seperate occassions. She isnt helpfull, not service friendly and I really felt like I should not spend my money at the store ever again just because of her bad attitude towards customers. I have heard of others complaining about her aswell but nothing seems to heard and taken up with managment about this lack of service towards paying customers asking advice and help in the store. The piercing lady was wonderfull and really did an amazing job on 2 seperate piercings and gave good advice with aftercare that I can say...
