********** and dishonest company
I moved from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth and my office desk was completely destroyed by this removal company during the move. I had paid for insurance and I had contacted one of their employees, Nigel, for more information on what is the procedure to get my desk replaced and he mentioned that he will handle it. This was a week ago and I have contacted him for a mere reference number for the insurance claim so that I can follow up on my own and he said he was gonna definitely get back to me by Tuesday the 27th of December but until now he has not communicated. I have tried calling him since and he is no longer taking my calls. This gives me the impression that Seraphim **********ly charge for insurance that they do not offer and they will stall and drag their feet in the hopes that you will eventually lose interest. Do not use them by any means and if you are brave enough to then do not pay for their insurance as it is bogus and non-existent. Very ***** and dishonest company indeed, I strongly recommend anyone who reads this to never use them under any circumstances.
Here is our policy number with Outsurance OT***7 it will do show you the name of our company and how much we can cover if there is any damage per move. We spoke yesterday regarding your claim I requested for the pictures and remember you even asked me if the desk will be replaced and I told you that when we receive the picture the insurance is the one that will determine if the desk will be repaired or replaced. We will do also request again the pictures of the desk my good Sir so that we can proceed with the claim. Our sincere apologies Sir if the process if not as fast as you anticipated but unfortunately I will be needing the pictures of the desk for us to proceed

There has been no further progress or communication since I posted this review so I will confidently say this again, DO NOT USE SERAPHIM REMOVALS EVER, THEY ARE FRADULENT ****S AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF WITHOUT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY.
