Shoddy Job and bad customer service from Sequre Trellis

Shoddy Job and bad customer service from Sequre Trellis I placed an order with Danie du Preez from Sequre Trellis and Pallaside CC on 10/7/2023 for trellis door for my front entrance door. Paid a deposit same day. Had an appointment for 09h00am on 18/7/2023 but the installer arrived at 11h07 and took 40min odd to install. During the installation I told the installer the middle panel is way too short, and it looks untidy. He told me he is still busy and will fix it. I had to rush to a meeting as they delayed me by arriving late. When I inspected the Trellis gate again later in the day, I struggled to open the lock/ unlock the trellis door. I shared with Danie on 19/7/2023 my dissatisfaction with the gate and he agreed with me and he even saw the issue with the lock mechanism looked odd based on the photo's I shared on WhatsApp. He referred me to the sales person to lodge my complaint. I did contact the receptionist at Sequre Trellis on 19/7/2023 and explained what my dissatisfaction is and also shared photo's - she also agreed the work looks shody based on the photo's shared. For over week now I have been following up with Sequre and am told they are waiting on the installer to give me feedback. Still waiting and no feedback. This company is pathetic and I am now considering my options.
