Rude and unprofessionalism and no respect for customers

Bad service. I placed an order with this bad company on the 2nd August 19 and they were supposed to install in the 12 August. On the 12 August they tell me they can’t do it and will only do it the day after. They never ever communicated with me to tell me any of this. I take a day off to attend to this and on the day I’m told they can’t come . They didn’t even offer an explaination instead they **** and said they couldn’t get hold of me and this is a big lie . When I asked them they say they didn’t have my email address but we had been communicating using emails all along. No apology given or any explanation. Their service sucks and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m so annoyed.
