Poor aftesales and workmanship

Their after service is pathetic. They ask for the full payments before you can check the work done ,if you dont pay in full they wont give you the keys.

I got 2 trelli doors and some burglar bars. One of door was installed almost a month ago and still is not working proprely as the bottom lock is not locking. Also they burglar bars were installed in a be very poor way that a lot of paint got removed while installation. I am still waiting for them to come and fix these things and its been weeks but I havent got anyone yet.
