Not taking full resposibilty regarding the damaged walls while installing buglars

<p>The company sent a person by the name of Willam to install buglars on the window and when i phone to check if William finished and he told that he slighlty damaged my walls while installing the buglar and he advised that he will sort it out and he has informed the office i then phoned Marie as she has been my point of contact and she told me that she is not aware of the damages and she will sort it out with William.</p> <p> </p> <p>Marie asked for pictures and i emailed the pictures and she arranged the date 07Mar17 to come fix and she phoned 07Mar17 at around 1000am -1030am advising that they cannot come and they will only do it tomorrow and they will only do polly filler and not paint as the company not taking responsibilty for painting on damaged walls and now i must arrange a person to come paint which will be cost to me after i paid more than R11000.00 for installation for the whole house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that they are not caring anymore as labour money has been fully paid and now they damaged and they are not taking responsibilty. Bear in mind our house is in a complex and is not even a year old then meaning painting is ver new then if some part of the house is not the same is going to be very ugly</p>
