Guarantee will not be honored

This company promises of lifetime warranties and 7 year on workmanship.

However when it comes to honoring those warranties and guarantees it finds excuses in the fine prints. One of the bars of our sliding patio doors is bent and when asked the company to fix the same as it is within guarantee period they claim the patio rails are dirty and we bent it by force. This is beyond ridiculous as it's a security door and they think we can bend it by force then what kind of security door it is if anyone can bend it. Being a patio door it will attract few dirt in the rails and they can of expect it to be shiny and without some dirt always.

Will never trust this company and do not fall for their guarantee which they justify their price with.
