I would highly recommend Secure Trellis. I had the pleasure of having Chris van Niekerk coming out to my property to give me an extremely reasonable quote. Spending times with us to explain exactly what he quoted us on. I wanted this quote to compare to various others quotes already received. I have also informed Chris telephonically after our 1st appointment of the various bad reviews I have seen. Chris requested to come out again to ensure he answers all our questions or concerns. He kept following-up with his office & manufacturing team to ensure we as a customer are put 1st. I received constant feed-back from Chris as to the process & possible installation date. I had an extremely friendly installation team which was led by Lucky. I was informed by Sequre Trellis team via sms when Lucky & his team would arrive. This was also followed-up by Chris. The team arrived on time. The installation was done extremely professional & the area was cleaned up. I was treated as the most important client & was explained how the trellis operates. Al my questions was answers. I have not taken the cheapest pricing, I wanted quality, professional treatment & a good guarantee on the product I was interested in. My decision, after taking all the negative reviews on Hello Peter into consideration was the professional way the salesperson, Chris van Niekerk dealt with the negative comments I mentioned to him. He was extremely professional & listened to my concerns & answers all my questions. Chris, however, kept his companies name high, this is a great quality when a company are represented by an individual who wants to demonstrate that the company is indeed supplying quality with a guarantee at a reasonable price without compromising on quality. Chris requested that we give him an opportunity to proceed with the installation, allowing him the opportunity to proof negative reviews in the past wrong to rectify any previous bad services. I am an extremely happy customers, feeling that my safety was put first!!
