Faulty Installation
Had a trelli gate installed 2 weeks ago. The lock scratches the wall so a spacer needs to be installed to enable the door to pass the wall. They demand full payment before handing over the keys but once they have full payment they do not commit to fixing faulty installations. This is keeping up my building process as I can't finish the floor i this area.
Looks like I will have to do it myself and loose the warranty on the gate!!!!
