After payment made to Supplier no goods delivered

We ordered trellidoors for our holiday home in Warner beach but we reside in Rustenburg. The trellidoors was ordered and paid for on 30 January 2015 with an arrangement that the doors will be installed in the April school holiday when we were at our holiday home. The instalment date was 7 April 2015. After several excuses the doors are still not installed. We had to pay a large amount of money (R20 000) for the gates to be produced but have not received anything after the payment was made 3 months ago. They are a bunch of *********** people that makes empty promises and takes peoples money without delivering the goods. We even phoned their Head office which is just as *********** as the agent.
