Poor workmanship on gate installed

I had a gate installed over a month ago. The manager is responsible for the Eastern region. The guys came to my house on a Friday, very unprofessional as the job was rushed. My burglar gate does not close properly and is slanted. It is not installed properly. I have been complaining for the past weeks to the sales manager and till today, he as been promising to come sort it out without no show. I am dissatisfied with this.

Sent a mail to Head Office with images and still no response. I live in Westlake Eco Estate in Modderfontein. If this is not fixed, Sequre must come take away their gate and give me my money back. Will find someone who will do a better job.
