Unbelievable quality from Sequ-Door!

In the face of Covid side-effects and a dwindling economy in RSA, businesses have all had additional challenges to face which make it even harder to sustain service and quality.

This was our recent experience from the Sequ-Door team:

1 - The whole team showed absolute professionalism and well-mannered conduct to us at all times. Details like making a courtesy call to my wife to let her know they were on their way and the team leaders introducing themselves once they arrived, may seem like a small thing, but they make a big difference to clients.

2 - The team leaders studied their work brief and focussed on fine points every step of the way. In the end, everything was completed perfectly in line with the brief given to us as the paying customer.

3 - Our home is old and the installation was an immense challenge given skew pillars/skew walls protruding conduits, pipes and various anomalies.

4 - The team made every attempt to create a perfect result. They did not rush away from the site at closing time, but instead, they remained working diligently on every fine detail; cleaning, applying silicone, adding cement to gaps, lubricating the doors etc. Even after it began raining, they still continued to finish after hours at 20h30!

Our experience of Sequ-Door was unbelievable to witness!! The management and teams that they sent to us are particularly rare in these times.
