SEQU-DOORS ACTION.
At this moment I’m moving Sequ-door up to 4 stars.
We had a bad start with lots of problems with our new 1.5 meter pivot door. It didn’t close or lock properly, the handle is in the wrong place, and it wasn’t high enough to go over my slate floors.
One of the Managers, a guy named Gert, came out to us on Monday, which impressed us with his very fast reaction to fix the problem. We have been promised a very good solution, and hopefully when the door is retro fitted, we won’t have any problems. At that stage I will give them 5 stars.
Impressed with the action, but must be happy with door for 5 stars. So yes, Sequ-door does come and fix problems, but don’t think the guy who is doing your quote will help you. Go to a manager. At this stage I’m satisfied it will be A AWAY. Michael and Cindy Hodgkiss
