Pathetic service

Don't waste your money. Promised a waterproof installation when the quote was done. Our wall into which the stacking doors were installed has previous water damage, is sloped and cracked which was pointed out to the person doing the quote. They ensured us they would do the necessary concrete work and we wouldn't have to do any work on the wall before the installation (my husband asked). Many weeks and 2 further visits later, the one set of stacking doors is STILL LEAKING. They "did everything from their side", they "cannot do anything further", their "product and installation is not at fault". How coincidental, when you sit with all our money and the bill was paid in full? Emailed the manager directly. No reply. It's alot of money. Spend it elsewhere
