Bad after sales service

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would just like to state your after sales support is terrible, I in stalled more than 10 security doors with your company and installed burglar bars in my entire home. Your team did not look at my night locks when they installed the gates. I paid you guys immediately once the job was complete but I am still waiting for your team to come and fix the mess up<br> <br> They arranged for this morning a month after the final gate was installed and then they cancelled at the last minute.<br> <br> Is this how you treat your customers?
