Septic Tank Services Stink!!!
will never use Septic Tank Services ever! They made me pay upfront for draining 2 domestic tanks, quick in sending the invoice. They failed open the tank sill which they out in a few years ago - asked me to first send them proof from 2018 that they put it in, drained one tank and went with the rest of my money. Now R2200 later, I still need to get the tank drained and their office woman, Michelle Naidoo becomes rude after payment is made

10 Jul 2025, 15:57I was extremely pleasantly surprised when the owner of Septic Tank Services reached out to me and came by the house less than 3 hours after my odeal. He assessed the situation, apologized for any and all misunderstandings and reassured me that he would send his team back tomorrow. For me, this means everything. It restores a customer's faith and outs everything right. So yes, I would rate them highly because I know they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they complete their service. Thank you for hearing me!!!
