Septank CC Kleinmond SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

What horrid service! We phoned Septank (164 3rd Avenue Kleinmond) last week for a part we needed for our septic tank and the lady gave us the price and said she has the part. On Saturday when my husband went to buy it, a man opened. When we asked for the part we need, he immediately became rude saying not to waste his f Saturday and who the f we think we are to build our own septic tank and he has a letter to say we must work through companies like his. No-one may build their own tank. We said we absolutely can build our own as we are competent. He then told us to then f off and go build it and to f away from his property. I will never in my life recommend anyone to use them. Why should you? A competent builder can build it; Salandra sells the tank so you don't need to support people who treat others like dogs. He will only be pleasant when you give him the business. Can you imagine when you need after sales service? All he had to say is that it is not for sale. Not swear at us like we are ****. Such a business must never be supported. If you want parts, Built It sells it, Salandra and other companies sells the tank and any engineer can refer you to builders or septic tank companies. We are from Cape Town and we can assure you, that you can have your septic tank done without supporting his business. We just did! Do not support this business, he has no manners and he is unprofessional. The world has evolved but he was left behind. He has the manners and professionalism is identical to the contents/matter septic tanks are built for.
