Bad service from Sephula real Estate

Had a bad experience with Nonhlanhla from Sephula Real Estate,rebted from there for 2 years and had delay and issues with fixing things in the apartment and now m struggling to get My refund back since moving out end Oct 2023 and the contract says I should get it within 21 days
