SEPHORA SA - ****?

We made a purchase with SuperGold Trading 211 CC (Trading as SEPHORA SA) online and paid via PayFast.

SEPHORA SA (SuperGold Trading 211 CC) is not responding and their phones go to an answering service/message. We contacted PayFast and they advised that SuperGold Trading 211 CC (SEPHORA SA) has been "under investigation" and has been blacklisted on PayFast. Why then was a transaction allowed and payment accepted on behalf of SEPHORA SA (SuperGold Trading 211 CC)? We were advised by PayFast that they (PayFast) had received numerous/ a number of complaints of SEPHORA SA (SuperGold Trading CC) not responding to clients who placed orders for goods and paid via PatFast! We have not received our goods. We have not received word from Sephora SA (Supergold Trading CC).
