Damage

This contractor came and fixed my ceiling (which was done fine btw) but they managed to punch a hole in my bath. Now they do not want to take responsibility for the damages they caused. And they try and push the blame onto me. Simple, there was no hole before they arrived - and the there was a hole when they left = they made the hole. Very upset - typical pass the buck poor contractor attitude.
