Sephaku/Dangote being unreasonable!

So I was transporting cement for Sepahku/Dangote last month. There were a few bags damaged from 640 bags. Senzo from Sephaku refused to take back the load after I replaced the damaged bags!

Sephaku is now claiming for the entire load without any explanation or proper reason as to why they are doing this.

This is really not on...
