Stay away from Sentinel Solar (Pty) Ltd and Ultra Solar

Stay away from this company. They offer a 10 year warrant on the LCB batteries but fail to honor the warranty. They sold a clearly defective and second hand battery as a new battery and then refuse to exchange it for a working battery or refund the money. There is also a strong suspicion that it is ****** cellphone tower batteries they sell as new batteries. They also operate under the name of Ultra Solar. This company is not trustworthy. They do not have a valid store address or email address. Basically only WhatsApp communication is working.
