This company is a ****. I bought a 14.4 kw solar battery and it was delivered without manuals or cables. It also had no markings on the display but it seemed like it had a working BMS. The battery does not charge. Promises to deliver the communicative cables between the inverter and battery never happened even after a lot of promises to deliver. All communication to the seller stopped, calls gets ignored and WhatsApp messages are not answered. Please stay away from this company. The company phone number is ***
