After sales service of Sentinel Solar is bad

The after sales service of Sentinel Solar is bad to non existent. I bought a lithium ion battery but it was shipped without any manual or cables. I struggled for more than a week to confirm when it will be delivered but none of the appointments for devilry were kept. Calls are not answered or returned and WhatsApp messages are not attended to or ignored.
