WORST SECURITY COMPANY IN SA

Sentinel security is the worst security service and I will continue to post my bad reviews all over socal Media until I am heard!!!

I Sat for 2 weeks without an alarm system because sentinal security refused to give us the installer code and I made the issue known on the Facebook page BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!

SENTINEL SECURITY is now phoning and harrasing me and telling me that my review is defamation of character - how exactly is a factual statement of an instindent that occurred and well as poor service defamation of character??? I am not being harassed by them and their lawyers because I posted a FACTUAL discrepancy about service I received!!! I will continue to post my bad reviews ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. Maybe instead of threatening phone calls you should actually pick up the phone and APOLOGIZE TO YOUR CLIENTS. If this continues I will go to the ombudsman because they refused to help me with an installer code for an alarm that was ALREADY PAID FOR I will also be opening a case of harrasmemt
