Sentinel Fails to Deliver: Months of Empty Promises

I have been in touch with Sentinel since March 2023 about unclaimed benefits on my late father's estate. The same documents had to be submitted repeatedly, only for the allocation to finally be made. However, since then, it has been months of empty promises.

Emails go unanswered, phone lines don't work, and when they do connect, they remain unanswered. Despite requesting details of the Ombudsman for formal complaints, we received no assistance.

Is anyone else facing similar issues? How can we ensure better service and accountability?
