Worse service ever

My husband's provident fund is with Mirf(motor industry retirement fund). He was retrenced and now is struggling to get his provident fund paid out. They do not answer emails, calls or respond on their whatsapp group. We have never experienced such bad service. Their offices are based in Randburg and it is just too far to go there for answers. Can't understand why they are not answering any of their calls or why it is so difficult to get hold of them.
