Two Pots

The way you handle two pot payouts is very poor. I've app**** on the 4th of September but still today, 15th of October there's nothing. We planned for that money to try and close some of our debts but instead we making more debts because of this inconvenience. We try to call but the phone rings for hours without being answered! This is so cruel of you guys!!!
