Two Pot Application / No Service

SInce the 3rd oF September i have been waiting for Sentinel to process my application as i did follow up. Two weeks ago i was told they did receive everything and every day i phone and no answer.

how patethic is this service as it is now 4 weeks more than 30 days payment lead time.
