They dont care about their client

I was retrenched in 2011, i submitted a claim , was told i must submit retrenchment letter one consultant said i must write a letter, i spoke to previous employer they sent me retrenchme letter which i sent to your company, but still they reject it and it shows i was retrenched 2011 and has company stamp yet they want to process my claim sa withdrawal which will tax me more. I called several times with no luck.this company is a croock want to ripp off people to their own benefit.
