Sentinel Retirement Fund Poor Service Delivery

Impossible to get a hold of the Sentinel Retirement fund. Nobody answers any of the telephone numbers on their contact list as per their website https://www.sentinel.za.com/main/contact/ and '***' do not respond to queries. They recently upgraded their member portal as from 3 July 2024 and now members are unable to view a proper member account with the detail (i.e. opening balance, contributions for the period, cost for the period, growth for the period etc.) and this may be intentionally withholding information from members. Unacceptable, Unacceptable!!!!!
