Sentinel non payment of pension.

After not receiving my pension on the 10th of July 2024 , I enquired as to what the reason was and was told that I have not completed a Life Certificate timeously. I cannot recall having received this year as I have not completed such a form in the past twenty one(21) years since I have been on pension.I was advised by the Sentinel office in Klerksdorp to complete a form they send me and to return this form together with a copy of my ID fully signed by a commissioner of oaths to verify I am still alive. This was done on July 11 2024 early in the morning and I got a note saying they have received the documents and my pension would be paid in due course. I have since wrote them various notes to enquire what due course means as I have commitments I have to meet and I need a date when the pension would be paid so that I can make arrange ments, but to no avail. Due course could mean anything which to me means Sentinel can now pay tis pension whenever they want and they do not have to talk to me a pensioner being a member of Sentinel for plus minus thirty five (35) years which shows their non interest an passion for members of said pension fund. It would be very interesting to hear anything from them as well as from other pensioners that have had the treatment or no treatment like me feom Sentinel.
