Sentinel does not take their clients serious

Sentinel is the worst in the industry. my claim was submitted in April its 7 months later they telling me stories every week, in July I was told that they are changing systems till today they telling me about back log. every week I speak to a different consultant and they tell me something different all the time. I'm struggling financially because of them and I'm soo disappointed I wouldn't recommend them to any one.
