Sentinal dont care attitude

My late motherAnna van der Nest, Id no *** 087, passed away the 21st of January 2023. Up to now I am still struggling to get her last mine pension payment for February. Two months ago was told the person who was doing the admin for my late mother, went on pension and everything was on hold. The service of Sentinel is realy bad!!!
