I'm Nicolas Jacob Lukhozi. I was medical separated on the 08 September 2021 .I was a Qualified Riggeropesman at Glencore Coal SA for 25 Years.

I was Medical Separated due to left leg Operation and Spinal injury. So the Doctor's suggested that the company to offer me light duty for six months until I recover. So the company have sent me home saying that their busy looking for a light duty. Unfortunately within a month I was called by my company and notify me that in the moment they don't have light duty for me either I get demoted or they medical separated me. Due to my sickness I was forced to be medical incapacitated. I have submitted all my Different Doctor's reports to Sentinel. In 3 months time they have responded and said to me that I can not be granted permanent dissability yet its been 2 years since I was medical separated I have tried many places for employment but I can't because o fail their medical examination due to my conditions
