Poor Service

Extremely poor service, been waiting 3 years for a claim to be resolved with no action. Been calling every time but everytime they tell us it will take up to two weeks, it's been 3 years now and still no luck. When my father called them today the phone was dropped in his ear, when we tried calling again our number was blocked. How will this get resolved now?
