POOR SERVICE

My Dad passed in July 2023. All related documents was send and being the only beneficiary I am still waiting on the payout. Since beginning of October 2024 I have been told the file is with the payments department and it will take 21days for the payout. After receiving the Letter that all is confirmed and the only thing to happen is pay out. I am still waiting. Been emailing, calling for hours with no one answering the phone. If I should be lucky to get answered I am just being told the file is with the payments department. I will never recommend this fund to anyone! What is happening to the interest they are earning on my money? What about that? When am I getting a answer on the payment date and keep in mind, this is under R30,000.00 - not millions!! Poor service! NO Communications. No one legit can give you an answer!
