Poor Information

Every time when I call the call centre I get different consultants that provide me with different feedback on my pension fund withdrawal. Last week when I called, a consultant told me that they must pay my ex-wife and I had to tell her that my ex-wife was paid in 2014 as per divorce agreement. She then asked me to call again before the end of last week. I called and another consultant told me that they have received settlement letter from Iemas i.e the loan company that I borrowed money from, and they are in the process of paying it. The lady asked me to call this week. I called and another consultant told me that they had not received settlement letter from Iemas and they are still waiting for it. The whole situation is frustrating me and I now fail to pay school fees for my 4 kids including their trasport and I also fail to attend job interviews as I don't have money to do so. Please help
