Inconsiderate service provider!

I've put in a divorce claim almost 2 months ago and on the 18/12 2024 I was told that my application has been processed and payment in progress. One person told me that it takes 21 days and this morning when I called (after sending numerous emails with no response) I was told it takes 3 months to pay out. I need to secure a place, my child needs to register and I need that money!
