Frustrating service

My father died last year in May and we claimed for his pension fund in August 2019. From the time we went to their offices in Marshalltown we were made to feel like we didnt have the right to claim for my father's money with their questions. We then filled their forms in and we were told by our consultant (Vusi Mpangane) to wait for our statements , that was in November 2019. Our claim is the most frustrating thing ever, we are now told that there was a will and we are not on the will. My parents were legally married and later separated but i still carry my father's surname. I dont see why i and my sisters cannot claim for my father's pension. All we need is some form of an update and not being given all kinds of stories like we are kids. We just want them to finalize the case so that we can seek legal advice if we have to.
