Dismal Sentinel Service

Being trying every day for more than A WEEK to submit 1-page e-mail to authorise deduction of extra tax for my elderly Mother. No response from Sentinel, or when we phone, they have not received it. What is going on? What is a person supposed to do now? Obviously working from home is NOT WORKING
