SENTIEL Retirement Fund doesn't value their clients as the claim to be the best retirement scheme. I am so disappointed as how the branch and head office failed dismally to process my claim. Their systems / colleagues do not interlink, no ones knows the correct channels for a claim to be completed, I have claimed my dad's fund since May 2023 after his funeral till date. I HAVE LOST HOPE!! .
