Cannot even reply to an email, but we trust them with our pension monies!!!!

Please will a competent staff member from Sentinel contact me URGENTLY via email as I simply cannot get any response from the "mailroom" at Sentinel! They remain as *********** as the last time!! I have also received some strange emails from Sentinel which don't make any sense at all as they were probably sent by a computer!!

It is scary how we put our retirement funds in the hands of an organisation that cannot even answer an email - absolutely pathetic!! Something one could expect from government but not from a profit driven, supposedly professional, business!!
