No urgency at all

Lack of empathy for sellers. Sentinel Homes instructed that all keys to a property I sold must be handed over (a day before registration), it was not brought to my attention that the rates clearance has expired. This has cause me so much distress as I have moved and they are not paying in over a week. No proper updates, just big F ups :( DO NOT USE THEM
