Sentinel waiting for Pension payment

Sent all my paper work thru on the 09 November 2017 for payment on my pension fund Sentinel phoned me last week and told me all my paper work is right it will be sent for payment when I phoned on 11 December 2017 I was told I must wait until they open in January 2018
