Improper conduct - Sentinel Trust

<p>The death of my mother was reported to Nedbank in 2013 as they was appointed executor of her estate according to her will. All the necessary documentation was handed over to the Highveld Mall branch of Nedbank. Nedbank appointed Sentinel International Trust to act on their behalf.</p> <p>During the next couple of months, documentation were also supp**** to Sentinel Trust as requested by their representative from time to time.</p> <p>During May 2017, I've requested progress on this matter as I was still receiving dividend cheques issued to my mother. I was informed that the estate was finalised and the surplus of the account paid over to my brother.</p> <p>Except of the fact that the surplus of the funds was not paid out according to the will, Sentinel Trust had no knowledge of the shares for which I still received dividend cheques via mail, even though receipt of the original share certificate was acknowledge by Sentinel Trust.</p> <p>It has been more than two months since my inquiry in May, and no satisfactory response/explanation has been received.</p>
