NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE...EVER !!

Ordered a product in November 2015. Never received a tracking number or confirmation of order placed. After countless phone calls and attempts to obtain an order number and tracking number, I finally gave up. Initially the idiotic Michael said the product had been shipped but could not give me the tracking number. Then he needed to re-order from his supplier! I have NEVER received such horrific service and told such blatant lies. Please...DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE, as you will never receive your shipment. I have since handed the matter over to my bank to follow up!
