Great Service

<p>A great service worth y to be commended</p> <p>I had bought lingerie and adult toys for R2000 almost a year ago, and no warranty from manufacture. I was unhappy at spending so much money for a toy and for it to not last even a year. The manager at sensual boutique saw my plight and offered to replace the item. Within a week, I received the new toy.</p> <p>The store manager is Michael At the time of my complaint he was under a lot of pressure from other customers and I must commend him for his calm temperament in handling the situation and fulfilling his promise of trying his best. I normally use Hellopeter to report bad service, this is my first time using it to report good service.</p>
