Stay away from Sensory Wonderland SA

I was very excited about the products sold by this company who advises, 4-6 weeks for delivery. I placed my order in August 2024, I was told that everything was on track and that my goods should arrive in November 2024. After regularly following up, In December I finally received a very confusing message basically advising me that I wasn't going to get my stuff. I requested a refund and was met with message after message about the struggles this company is facing. We eventually agreed that she can refund me in installments. At first she stuck to her commitment and I received the first 2 installments in December 2024, Then radio silence again, after requesting it, I got the next installment in March 2025 and now it is nearly end of March 2025 and this company still owes me a R2600 refund. I would highly recommend not buying from this company unless you are ready for unpredictable shipping/delivery times, and you are willing to do business with a company that cannot afford to pay refunds when your order does not arrive.
